The purpose of this site is to share ideas about how to achieve a happier, more peaceful life. As a therapist, I have an interest in Positive Psychology and plan to incorporate some of what I have learned from the Positive Psychology movement, self-development books, and my own life experience and interest areas. As I learn, I hope to pass on to you what I am learning. Research suggests that about 50% of our happiness quotient is biological—your temperament.
